COVID-19 & Adult Immunization Clinic

Tuesday- August 29, 2023- The Sullivan County Health Department will host a Curbside COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic. We will have COVID-19 vaccines available 12 years of age and older needing Bivalent (BOOSTER) dose of the COVID-19 vaccine 10 a.m.-4:00 p.m. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED!! We ask that you wear a short-sleeved shirt.
